Welcome to Kiwi Log - the musings of a displaced Kiwi experiencing the many delights of London, can't wait for the 'black snot'! I make no apologies to anyone that doesn't get the 'in jokes' - you should have gotten to know me better when you had the chance.

Interviews done, all three of them

The first one was OK - lots of good contacts and a very 'high level' sort of a chat with someone who is going to 'transform the traditional recruitment business'... Anyways, if nothing comes of the other interview - it is something to fall back on and this guy had some fairly useful contacts with recruitment software houses.

Second interview was a bit more full on for a 3 month contract role. I did OK - but certainly not inspirational. Phil - Lou, funnily enough - the project is scoping the capture of online timesheet data - go figure... (Phil - expect a late night call if I didn't balls it up completely - thanks).

Third interview has just finished. Felt much more comfortable with this interview. Me, asking some searching questions of a bottle of red. Great candidate, french, fruity and all together satisfactory, so I might conduct a second interview now and leave you good folk to it (hic).
